​1. About Handloom Bazar

Handloom Bazar is an online marketplace dedicated to authentic Sambalpuri handloom products. These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed for delivery through our official website (www.handloombazar.co.in) and mobile application.

​2. Products and Authenticity

• ​Handloom Bazar offers authentic Sambalpuri sarees, dress materials, kurtis, men's shirts, and handcrafted apparel.
• ​Handcrafted Nature: Because our products are handwoven by traditional artisans, minor variations in weave texture, motifs, and shade may occur. These are natural characteristics of genuine handloom and are not considered manufacturing defects.

​3. Delivery Timings and Shipping Policy

• ​Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days.
• ​Shipping Timelines: Estimated delivery time across India is 5 to 7 business days following dispatch.
• ​Shipping Charges: Standard delivery charges range from Rs. 60 to Rs. 150 depending on the destination state and total weight (up to 500 grams). Exact shipping charges are displayed transparently at checkout prior to payment.
• ​Logistics Partners: Shipments are handled via established courier services, including DTDC, Delhivery, E-Commerce Express, Speed Post, and equivalent insured courier partners.
• ​Tracking: Customers receive real-time consignment tracking numbers via SMS and email once the parcel is dispatched.

​4. Payment Methods

We support secure prepaid and verified payment options, including:

• ​Net Banking
• ​Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
• ​Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
• ​Cash on Delivery (COD) across eligible service areas in India

​5. Order Cancellation and Modifications

• ​Address and Order Changes: Requests for address corrections or product modifications must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to dispatch. Changes cannot be made once an order has left our facility.
• ​Cancellation Requests: Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting support. Once handed over to the courier, the standard Return and Refund Policy applies.

​6. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

• ​Customers must inspect parcels upon arrival.
• ​In the event of transit damage, defective weaving, or receipt of an incorrect product, claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
• ​Digital photographs and an unboxing video are required to facilitate swift verification and processing of replacements or full refunds.

​7. Delivery Terms

• ​Deliveries will be attempted at the shipping address provided by the buyer.
• ​In cases of incorrect address input, continuous recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept without valid reason, our logistics team will coordinate with the buyer before taking further action.

​8. Pricing, Offers, and Discounts

• ​Handloom Bazar reserves the right to introduce or withdraw promotional coupons, discounts, or seasonal pricing.
• ​Multiple discount codes cannot be combined on a single order unless explicitly stated.

​9. Fraud Prevention and Account Integrity

Handloom Bazar reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders or restrict platform access in instances of:

• ​Fabricated customer profiles or fake delivery details
• ​Abusive communication directed at support staff or logistics personnel
• ​Fraudulent transaction attempts

​10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising from transactions on this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Odisha, India.
